In a list including some of the craziest regulations and rules in each state, Forbes chose to highlight the fact that it is illegal for a licensed orthodontist to perform dental cleanings in the state of Arkansas.
Other examples of laws and regulations to make the list are:
- In California you can’t eat a frog that died in a “frog-jumping” contest.
- In Minnesota it is illegal to grease a pig and release him with the purpose of catching him.
