Arkansas Set to Change Dental Practice Act

It only took 4 years suffering persecution and threats from the AR dental board, the ire of colleagues, a federal lawsuit and dropping my speciality license to get the AR Legislature, AR Dental Board and the AR Dental Association to see reason. They are still blocking much needed reform like allowing graduates from CODA schools a direct path to an AR dental license and mid level providers (both would greatly improve access to care)… but it’s a start.
