So now that we have conclusive proof of their efficacy can dentists, organized dentistry and dental boards PLEASE stop hindering access to care for at risk kids by blocking legislation to allow Mid Level Providers??? You don’t want to treat “those people” in your fancy practices anyway so why do you care if someone else does? In light of this study is it still possible for us dentists to rationalize our protectionism and opposition to logical expansion of access to care? I hope not.
