lifetime retainers are for essix type retainers only. Bonded retainers are not covered. Yes for as long as the patient is around and the practice is around we will replace their retainers. You would be surprised by how rarely there is call for replacement.
what about those situations when a patient paid for life long retention and needs alignment due to relapse? any special arrangements there? thanks
